The days ahead, in order
Everything from the last 7 days onward. Cancelling or moving a session updates the calendar, Teamup, Zoom and the client's email automatically.

Book a session for a client
One place to book anyone in — pick a time yourself, or send them a link to book their own. Free (comped or already paid) or paid, your call.
For the last-minute ones. Type any date and start time (UK) — it's checked against Teamup and every booking here, and anything that genuinely overlaps is refused. The break between sessions and the usual hours are shown, not enforced, so a session can be tucked in closer than "Book a time now" would ever offer. No charge — comped or paid separately.
They pick their own time and book with no payment — for invoiced or pre-paid clients, or a genuine freebie. The link works a set number of times and expires on its own.
They pick their own time and pay online, the normal way. Handy when someone's called or emailed and you want to send them straight to the right session. For a special price, hand them a discount code (Codes tab) alongside the link.

The bookable window
The outer limits clients can book inside (UK time). Day-to-day blocking still lives in Teamup — anything busy there never shows as bookable. Changes apply immediately.
Saved. The public calendar now uses this window.
Break between sessions
The gap kept clear after one session ends before the next can start (e.g. a 60-minute session at 9:00 with a 30-minute break makes 10:30 the next bookable time). It also keeps this gap around anything busy in Teamup. Changes apply immediately.
Saved. New bookings now keep this break clear.
How far ahead clients can book
The public calendar only offers times up to this many days from today (e.g. 30 = about one month). Staff booking from this panel can always reach further. Changes apply immediately.
Saved. The public calendar now stops at this point.
Discount codes, handed out with care
Clients type a code just before paying. The discount is worked out here, never in the browser. Part-discounts never drop below £1; a 100% off code makes the booking free — the client confirms with no payment step at all, on any session, package or report for either provider. One-time codes stop working the moment someone books with them.
Give out a code
Enter who it's for and pick a discount. The system hands you the next unused code and marks it against that person, so the same code never goes out twice.
The name is kept only until the code is used, then removed.
Generate more codes (a fresh batch)
Makes a set of unique one-time codes to hand out. Do each rate as its own batch (5%, 10%, 15%…). A 100% batch gives out fully free bookings — keep those one-time.
Or make a single named code (e.g. for a partner)
Saved.

Questionnaire links, ready to send
Your pool of iEQ9 links, ready to send. Paste new links here as you buy them — the system hands them out one at a time when someone buys an assessment, and never sends the same link twice. You only see and top up your own links.
Add links to a pool
Paste one link per line. You can include the iEQ9 report ID before the link — e.g. 1672659, https://… or straight from the member-list export (please_change_1672659 https://…) — and it’s kept so you can rename the report to the person later. A bare link is fine too. Anything that isn’t an https:// link, or is already in the pool, is skipped.

Team assessments
Once a company has paid for a batch of professional links, create their team here, paste in the members, and send each person their own iEQ9 questionnaire. Everyone gets a no-charge link to book their own 90-minute debrief 48 hours later — and you can see who’s been sent, and who’s booked, at a glance.

Staff logins, kept tidy
Add or update who can sign into this panel. New people get a temporary password you give them once — they set their own on first sign-in. Passwords are stored scrambled, so you can reset one but never read it.
Add or update someone
Use their email as the login. To edit an existing person, type the same email.

Edit the website
Press Edit page on any page below. The page opens in a new tab with its text ready to edit — click any wording, type, then press Save. Changes are live for visitors within a minute. Use Finish when you’re done.
The menu and footer are shared by every page — edit them on any page and they change everywhere. The booking pages, consent forms and a few designed headlines aren’t editable — ask Kelly for those. Prices shown on the site don’t change what’s charged at checkout, so if you edit a price, tell Kelly so the booking system matches.

Team proposals, ready to send
Each one is the Integrity Studio master proposal, personalised: the client's name throughout, their logo and two photos on the cover, and your own words on page 2. Save as you go, then Export PDF to send it.

1 · The client
Appears everywhere the proposal says the client's name — the cover, every page footer and page 2.
2 · Cover: two photos and their logo
(their name shows instead)
JPG or PNG straight from their website or brand folder. Photos are shrunk to size for you; a logo on a white or transparent background looks best. Tall photos work better than wide ones here.
3 · Page 2, in your words
The quote marks are added for you. Leave it blank and the "Reading your website…" box is left out.
Type [NAME] anywhere and it becomes the client's name. Select text and press B or I; Accent line turns the paragraph you're in into the italic stand-out line (like "But what if…" in the master). Anything still in [square brackets] is highlighted in the preview so it can't slip into the PDF.
